OAK AGED SOUR ALE W/ COCONUT, VANILLA & SABRO - 7.2% Three years ago, our head brewer made a beer called Firstling to commemorate the arrival of his first born bairn. With Ella’s birth, so too was a tradition born. Every year we release a new beer in her honor and each one makes a nod to the little person she is in the moment. Last year it was Controlled Chaos and this year she’s hitting her stride and talking up a storm. Chatterbox is a Golden Sour aged 9 months in oak then conditioned on coconut, second-use vanilla and hopped with Sabro to echo that coconut flavor Ella loves so much.
