These Session IPAs are inspired by two strains: Gelato #33 and Pineapple. Brewer Dan conducted Highly specialized inhalation sensory analysis and recreated his results with two different hop arrays on one base beer. Pineapple features Nectaron and BRU-1, with über-fresh-cut pineapple and melon notes. Gelato #33 boasts Galaxy, Idaho 7 and Cryo Mosaic for some blueberry, earthy, and slightly danky bits.
