MERLIN is a 5% West Coast Pale Ale. We use Columbus as a bittering hop for the smooth bitterness it brings to this beer, followed by Idaho 7 in the whirlpool to introduce layers of tropical fruit. A dry-hop addition of El Dorado, Chinook, and Simcoe bring the pineapple and pine aromas. It’s up to you how far you’ll go. If you don’t try, you’ll never know.
