Istrian wild ales is our program of creative brewing with a limited series of beers like barrel aged, wild fermentation, mixed fermentation, open fermentation, coolship and spontaneous fermentation with the name KAREGA. The meaning of Karega is "Chair" in our dialect, that symbolizes waiting and resting as nothing good comes fast. This Sour saison is fermentd and aged in wine barrels with tones of sour cherries.
