Gran Crü Ale. A Wylde Ale brewed with Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus and Pediococcus. Aroma of dried cherries, toasted coconut, eucalyptus and nuts with a light Bretty funk. Mouth-puckeringly sour with a full malt body that finishes dry and tart. Bottle conditioned — may experience varying carbonation levels among bottles. The name is inspired by our good friend of 20+ years, Van Havig of Gigantic Brewing Co. in Portland, Oregon.
