This might be our most well balanced IPA to date. We like to brew in the traditional american style with a soft touch on the malts and a good respectable bitterness. We did extra long cold conditioning on this attempt, and it may be our best one yet. Collectors note - the hops were changed between the first and second batches, so if you had the first batch in 2018, it is a different beer now.
