Пиво Concealed Carry - Accidental Brewery

This is the non-identical twin beer to Open Carry. 'Concealed Carry' is the act of carying a weapon which is concealed from view. All states in the USA allow this, some require additional license. This beer was conceived on our recent trip to New England. Generously hopped with lashings of Simcoe and a grist bill heavily biased towards oats and wheat, some caramalt to add a little sweetness and body. We used London Ale III yeast which imparts some lovely fruity pineapple esters to the finish.
