Пиво Open Carry - Accidental Brewery

Open Carry refers to the practice of "openly carrying a firearm in public". This beer was conceived on our recent trip to New England. One of the states we visited was New Hampshire, where 'open carry' is allowed, after all its the state of 'Live Free or Die'! Generously hopped with lashings of Simcoe and a grist bill heavily biased towards oats and wheat, some caramalt to add a little sweetness and body. We used London Ale III yeast which imparts some lovely fruity pineapple esters to the finish.
