For the latest version we have increased the malt bill to give the finished beer a higher abv. This complex stout is brewed with toasted cacao nibs, oodles of raspberry and just the right amount of toasted tonka beans. First you will sense the gentle but distinctive aroma of tonka beans (think almonds, vanilla, coconut) as you take your first sip, you will notice the slight acidity & tartness from the raspberries, this leads to the finish of chocolate notes from the cocoa.
