Пиво Twin Peaks - Accidental Brewery

This beer is loosely based on Cloudwater's DIPA V13. The make up is 79% golden promise, 18% oats and 3 % dextrose. It is dry hopped over two additions with a massive 25g/litre of Citra. A blended yeast starter of both WLP007 (Dry English ale yeast) and Vermont ale yeast. As a result the beer has a pleasing, murky orange appearance, a stone fruit nose and luscious mouth feel from the large quantity of oats.
