Collaboration of AF Brew and Danish pure-brett weirdos from Rocket Brewing Co. 100% brett IPA, dry as hell, funky as tropical zoo, and all fermented with WLP653 (Brettanomyces Lambicus) and WLP650 (Brettanomyces Bruxellensis) delivered directly from WhiteLabs European headquarters in Copenhagen. Low IBU to match no sugars in the body, and some Amarillo+Mosaic for dry-hopping. Named to keep on with the Rocket's space-naming traditions and to commemorate two heroic dogs from the Soviet-time space campaign.
