We're pumped to bring you the final variation of our Anniversary stout, A Beautiful Friendship, which lived in a whiskey barrel for nearly a year. It was conditioned on toasted Thai banana and cacao inside the barrel for another two months, allowing the beautiful friendship of banana, cacao, and American char to interplay and form a delicate stout with a pleasant sweetness of overripe banana and chocolate.⁠ ⁠ This is not your modern pastry stout, rather it’s a carefully constructed barrel-aged stout complemented by culinary ingredients that represent the balance we always strive for at Alternate Ending. ⁠
