We started in the kettle, boiled some of the grains, went back to the mash tun, then back to the kettle, boiled the grains again, back to the mash tun, and yes back to the kettle, leaving the beautiful toasted grains behind. The outcome is a traditional Czech Dark Lager known in the Czech Republic as a Tmavé Pivo.
