Fermented as an ale, then cold stored for a light, clean flavour. Fermented on German Kölsch yeast, and hopped with classic American hops to give subtle pine notes. Vegan-friendly.

Hops: Magnum, Willamette, Chinook
Malts: T. Wheat, Pils, Extra Pale, Maize
