Пиво Cognac Barrel Aged Unrepentant Transgression (2023) - Angry Chair Brewing

Aged in Cognac barrels for 14 months, then rested on hand toasted walnuts, Congolese vanilla beans, Vietnamese cinnamon and a blend of Ecuadorian, Ghanaian and Ugandan cacao nibs. Unrepentant Transgression is inspired by Babka, a sweet braided bread often filled with chocolate, cinnamon, or sometimes both.
