This session IPA is highlighted by a kettle addition of blood orange peels and lactose. Herkules and Citra hops give this beer a slight citrus hoppy flavor. Flaked Oats were used as part of the grain bill for a softer mouthfeel. Dry hopping on Mandarina Bavaria and Galaxy hops creates a strong citrus aroma. The resulting beer is well balanced, refreshing and very drinkable.
