A Keller Pilsner brewed with a variety of German Pilsner malts and a touch of Munich and Malted Wheat for added complexity. Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon hops are newer varieties of German hops available in the market which contribute slight honeydew melon, elderflower and strawberry notes. The Spalt addition added balance providing slight spicy/earthy characteristics. Notes of crispy biscuits, hay, clover honey, white grape and crisp wheat.
