This full-bodied stout, brewed for the Holidays, was aged on vanilla beans and brewed using flaked barley to create a creamy texture that makes it very drinkable. It’s rich, roasted character and velvet mouthfeel is derived from the use of 5 different malts. We also added rice to the grain bill to leave you with a crisp finish. Delicately hopped with Herkules for a soft linger and low bitterness. Notes of roasted marshmallow and fudge-like chocolate make this a perfect Holiday brew.
