This Light American Brown ale considers Mother Nature in it’s brewing process and uses grains that are processed with lower CO2 emissions. This brew gets its beautiful color from 20% of the grain bill made up of darker, roasted malts that provide the bready, malty-sweet flavor. This brew used a Multi-Stage boil which increases boil efficiency and reduces steam usage. Refrigeration is the most intense energy demand within a brewery so this brew reduces glycol use and refrigeration by undergoing a warmer primary fermentation.
