Kettle hopped with Cascade, Galaxy, Amarillo, Azacca and Mapuchie and then dry-hopped with Amarillo, Southern Passion, Vic Secret, Lemon Drop and Citra hops provides a nice blend of grapefruit and citrus flavors with slight piney aromas for a complex and refreshing aroma. The grain bill includes Vienna, Caramalt, Acidulated and is softened by wheat, oat flakes, and vanilla, to create the perfect counterpoint to balance the bitterness of this brew.
