This brew uses Pilsner Malt, White Wheat, Rye Malt, Quinoa, Barke Munich malt and Grains of Paradise. The brew is then hopped with Tettnang Tettnanger, Lemon Drop and Moteuka. This beer is an easy drinking IPA for those who prefer something less hoppy. With an IBU of 27 the hops provide less bitterness than a standard American IPA and the lighter alcohol provides for better drinkability.
