This hazy east coast IPA is the lovechild of our joint brewing (and elderflower picking) efforts with skånerost-ambassadors Örebro Brygghus and Remy Maurin, head brewer of Gallia Paris. Liberally hopped with Ekuanot and Amarillo over our go-to base of Maris Otter and unmalted adjuncts. We then added hand-picked elderflowers from Remy’s grandmother’s backyard and dry hopped this golden beverage with even more Ekuanot and Amarillo. The result is an IPA with fruity aromatics such as pithy orange and lemon but with a bit more defined bitterness than our usual hazies. Malts: Maris Otter Extra Pale, Torrefied Oats, Torrefied Wheat & Dextrin Hops: Magnum, Ekuanot & Amarillo Yeast: Safale S-04 Other: Elderflowers
