[Northbound Gravity Sessions No: 01] What seemed to be a flight of fancy turned southern hemisphere hop extravaganza. We started this IPA with a malt bill of Maris Otter Extra Pale, Naked Oats and unmalted, flaked oats. Gently whirlpooled with Simcoe and then dry hopped beyond mental comprehension with insane quantities of Vic Secret (one more tiny smidge of lupulin and you’d find us hand-cuffed to hospital beds), Mosaic and Cashmere. This is a true testament to the stellar powers of AU and US hops with vibrant aromas of pineapple, lime, pine and passionfruit. Cheers from the asylum!
