Пиво Kosmosas - Bravoras Apynys

This is a close to our region Baltic porter, which we decided to spice up by ageing it with French oak bark. Our interpretation of this style – black and opaque beer with caramel colored beer head. Rich chocolate flavor with vanilla oak aroma notes, which is dominated by dried plums, raisins and little liquorice with dark bitter chocolate aftertaste. Though 7,2 ABV to this style is not much, we tried so that this beer with its intense flavor would not be less intense and rich then its family. Goes well with: American BBQ, roasted game steaks, chilly stew, long aged cheese and chocolate desserts.
