Collab Series Northern Monk, located in Leeds (UK) is an independent brewery with mission to create the best beer experience in the world. Our first collab beer was brewed in the UK in 2021, when we participated in the Hop City beer festival. This time, when brewing together in Latvia, we decided to brew a Triple Dry Hopped New England style Double IPA with some if our favourite hops - Vic Secret (Australia), Sabro, Mosaic and Simcoe (USA).
