Пиво UITBUIKEN | analog collab series 1/5 - Folkingebrew, ATELIER VRAI

A few weeks ago, the guys from FOLKINGEBREW visited us for a double collab with @blech.brut in #Bamberg and not only drank some #smokebeer, but also developed a nice recipe with us. UITBUIKEN is a very intense NEW ENGLAND IPA, where we used 4 different hops: A lot of Simcoe Cryo, some Citra, Amarillo and a big load of a rare variety called PACIFIC SUNRISE. It was released by the New Zealand Hort Research program in 2000, parentage includes Late Cluster, Fuggle, a European male and a NZ male. Aroma is super nice: Lemon and clementine citrus take the wheel and drive this hop forward with tropical hits of melon and mango riding shotgun. Stone fruit and jammy sweetness support the initial front line aromatics alongside pleasant floral notes that help round out the overall profile.
