Maracuja Basil Agua Fresca Nu Sour. A refreshing, tart and fizzy Nu-Sour Ale fermented with huge amounts of magical Ecuadorian passionfruit, fresh Genovese basil and a pinch of Inca sun salt. This is the third beer of my Nu- series, which means a modern, “new age” take on the traditional beer styles- this time brewed with fresh Genoese basil instead of hops, a pinch of Inca sun salt for the mouthfeel and fermented on huge amounts of Ecuadorian passion fruit to make thirst even more yummy. Brewed to celebrate the CEO of rhymes, the artist who have shaped and moulded the hip-hop culture, MF DOOM. Rest in Peace.
