Our house pale ale is back!!! And man oh man is it ever tasting glorious during this heat wave! It's also the first time this beer has ever been made with our selected hops! For those of you who have never tried our pales, they're effectively lower ABV IPA. We don't pull our hopping rates whatsoever. We pump up the body to help support our hefty IPA hopping rate and the result is an IPA experience in a pale ale ABV. We hope you love this beer as much as we continue to! Oh… hey there, thanks for reading our label! You must be a discerning drinker eager for more information or simply a curious label vagabond that enjoys a good read of words. Either way we’re happy your eyes stopped by. We’re a bunch of idiots who thought it was a good idea to open a brewery in an old retrofitted calf barn (the jury is still out on the intelligence of this move). We make a lot of different beers in very small batches, but between our tasting panel of 2 childhood friends and 1 wife, we’ve determined that this is the recipe we like most. It’s hazy, juicy, and fruity with notes of peach, berry and citrus delivered on a cloud-like pillow for your mouth. It’s hopped like an IPA, but with a lower ABV for maximum session-ability. It’s all the things we love in a hoppy beer, and it’s one of our OG recipes.
