Pedestal is our line of single hop beer where we single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all its isolated, lupulin filled glory. This version sees us use “Enigma” one of the newest Australian hop varieties. We taste notes of ripe cantaloupe, blood orange and a medley of berry/tropical fruit undertones. Touch of resin and spice. Low bitterness, fluffy body. Flavor evolves as the glass warms. This hop has a lot going on, and the 2020 crop is excellent
