Пиво Batch #9 - Whiskey Wash - Бакунин / Bakunin Brewing Co.

This beer was inspired by whiskey making technology during visit on the Slyrs Distillery. Whiskey Wash - is the name for the fermented wort before distillation. And it's taste quite similar to the beer. So we decided to brew a beer by whiskey technology, except distilling and barrel aging. We used barley malt and yeast, that are usually used for whiskey. For better taste we have added some smoked malt, Warrior hops for bitterness, plus Simcoe and Citra for dry hopping.
