Final product is the miracle. The soul is in balance. Revelation is the flavor. And the worshippers are us. Let’s not forget our modest efforts which have been sacrificed to prepare this wild mass. Only brewing high density wort took more than 24 hours of constant boiling followed by pretty tough lautering, not mentioning further constant sampling and moving between fermentation chambers. To make this brew happen several brett strains suffered from high ABV environment and unfriendly temperature range. Like monks in a monastery they were locked in fermentation vessels for several years solely dedicated to their rite of fermenting and refining. Blessed is this brew. In the name of the Holy Goat!
