Brewed at our Tottenham Stadium Microbrewery, the idea behind this was to create a refreshing and crisp beer for anytime. We decided to use a Kölsch yeast to give the beer a cleaner flavour, fermenting it at a lower temperature than other ale yeasts and leaving more space for the hops aromas, as a significant amount was used during the brew process. The decision to waive on any kind of bittering hops and just use nobel aroma-hops to reach the desired IBU, was to increase the drinkability of the beer and its quality. Aroma-hops are not just better in taste, but also the quality of the bitterness is much higher, thanks oto the complexity of the bitter substances in aroma-hop. It didn’t take just a minute to make it, but it will take less than a minute to enjoy it.
