Our brewer Lidia fell in love with Saisons from the moment she tasted her first one in Antwerp, where she used to live years ago. After that experience she knew that her life had changed, and it’s probably thanks to it that she felt brewing was what she needed to be happy and satisfied! This Rosemary and black pepper infused Saison, brewed with 5 different cereals (barley, wheat, rye, spelt and oats) to underline the spiciness and balance out the herbal flavour, is a bit of a tribute to that fascinating city which made everything happen.
