Brewed in August 2016, this Barley wine was made using just pale Malted Barley, and hopped with Admiral and First Gold, and fermented with a clean, English ale yeast before being aged for over 2 and a half years in Woodford Reserve Double Oak Barrel. Emerging after this long ageing period, this complex Barley Wine is deep in colour and rich in flavour with notes of dried fruit, Pedro Ximénez sherry, and vanilla.
