5.6% “Bretted” Pilsner spending 3 - 9 months in barrel with a variety of Brettanomyces strains. This is the harmony of a refreshingly bitter pilsner and barrel-aged soft, complex, bretted character. Fermented and then racked into separate oak barrels with several strains of Brettanomyces yeasts and left to mature for between 3 and 9 months before being blended to taste, allowed to lager further and then bottled. Expect fresh notes of chamomile, tangerine peel, light citrus, barnyard hay, puff pastry and a hint of oakyness. Perfect to drink fresh or for you to hold on to and allow to age and develop further in bottle.
