ITA:UN SORSO DI STORIA Siamo andati alla ricerca delle origini della birra per ricreare una prodigiosa ricetta ispirata alle antiche bevande fermentate. Usiamo ingredienti decisamente insoliti per una birra (nocciole, melograni, resina naturale, miele e...) sulla base di ritrovamenti archeologici. L'Etrusca è poi lasciata a fermentare in grandi anfore di terracotta costruite appositamente per noi. Il risultato è un vero e proprio "reperto archeologico". ENG: A taste of history! We went on a quest to discover the origins of beer, and created a recipe inspired by ancient ales. Very unusual ingredients for a beer are involved in this ale (hazelnuts, pomegranate, tree resins, honey and…) based on actual archeological findings. Etrusca ferments and matures in big terracotta amphoras made specifically for us by a local craftsman. The color is similar to amphora aged wines, aromas are honey like with red fruit notes, along with unusual mineral ones. The mouthfeel is tart with honey flavors and again, mineral nuances. The result is a true sip of history.
