ENG: The pink side of beer! Rubus Idaeus, more commonly known as rasberries are the the main character in this beer. The starting beer is Duchessa, added with 100 grams per liter of rasberries. These small red fruits start a new wild fermentation that gives the beer a unique character, an evident tartness and acidity that is balanced by currant and berry aromas.
