PIPPIN APPLE. The Pippin apple is a fruit typical of Friuli. Birra Moretti has selected for the recipe the Friulian Pippin variety of apple, to give this beer a taste especially refined and slightly aromatic. Pleasantly drinkable, is distinguished by a light straw color. Drink it alone, or in accompaniment to cold meat and cheese of the Italian tradition.
