Пиво Barrel Series: 003 - Blackberry Farm Brewery

Barrel Series 003 is a blend of 3-year-old Flanders red sour from both the foeder (American white oak) and Alban wine barrels (French Limousin oak), blended with a bit of fresh Mountain Lager to soften the edges, and aged with Montmorency cherries. The result is big cinnamon, spice and cherry on the nose, with a subtle layer of vanilla in the background. Soft and spicy on the palate with with some earthy funk, a light carbonation and wood tannin dryness.
