Пиво Draft Lab #5: Belgo IPA - Blackberry Farm Brewery

Brewed with a Trappist yeast strain, and 100% Mandarina Bavaria hops. Melding the best of both traditions, this IPA is a heavy lifter, yet light, soft and complex on the palate. Aroma is herbal, citrus, and spicy/clove, with nutty Pale Ale malt underneath. Flavor brings resiny, fruity hop goodness, with a spicy yeast complexity and clean, clipped bitterness.
