A 1930's term for a scoundrel who knows how to use their fists on the mean streets. We've paired up an old school craft heavyweight from New Zealand: Pacific Jade to take on a new upstart and talk of the town from the USA, Idaho7. Citrus and pine from the southern hemisphere meets the huge dry hopping from Idaho7 and its distinctive soft fruit and mango aromas. All this played out on a base of extra pale and oats fermented with Verdant yeast for a soft landing. ABV: 5.2% GRAVITY: 1.051 COLOUR: Golden Haze MALTS
