An expression brewed using crushed kernels of rye steeped with grains of wheat and malted barley. Bottled petillant then reserved for long term aging while trekking Costa Rica & Panama. The resulting ale is tangy, grape skin, citrus and juicy with firm acidity of a morning fruit.
