Пиво Bear Worship - Galaxy & Citra - Blood Brothers Brewing

This series is an ongoing experimentation of left-of-centre ideas coming from our barrel room and a continuing celebration of things that hibernate! We brewed up a hoppy, fruit-forward ale and then aged the resulting elixir in neutral wine barrels with a special blend of bacteria and wild yeast for an entire year. We then dry hopped the aged beer with Galaxy and Citra to complete this wild sensory experience. Expect intense ripe stonefruit on the palate with a bouquet of fresh tropical fruit. Hooray for the funk!
