We used Incognito and Spectrum aroma products alongside the tried and true traditional methods to push hop saturation to the limits while still creating balanced beer, a hybrid approach that signals the future to come. Expect smooth notes of peach, melon and lychee with the berry pine aroma of a mountain walk at midday.
