You never know when a great idea will come to you. For our head brewmaster, Keith, it happened while he traveled through French wine country. As he was strolling through a vineyard, it hit him: Why not brew a beer with the juice of Chardonnay grapes and wheat? He jokingly called it his Grape Scott!™ moment and soon crafted this award-winning ale with notes of apples and kiwi and a hint of tartness.
