This Belgian Triple, brewed with American 2-Row, Aromatic and Crystal malts, Saaz, Styrian Goldings and Tettnang hops using a magical mixture of Sweet Orange Peel, Coriander Seed and Clear Candi Sugar creates a crisp and flavorful beer with a little kick to it. This beer was brewed as a collaboration between Will Young (Brewmaster and owner of Blind Squirrel) and Gary Brown (Brew master and owner of Boondocks Brewing) as a way to celebrate the great Craft Beer movement in the NC High Country.
