With just a touch of Vanilla and a noticeable Chipotle back note we think that you will find this unique brew just right for those cold Winter nights. Using a blend of Maris-Otter, Brown and Chocolate Malts and a touch of flaked Barley we were able to create a well balanced base in which to add some fresh vanilla bean and dried Chipotle peppers along with a blend of Challenger, Fuggles an East Kent Goldings hops.
