Brewed with a mix of 8 different malts, to include Roasted Barley, Wheat and Biscuit Malt and balanced with Citra and East Kent Goldings Hops to add the right amount of bitterness and aroma. To add that special “something”, we used a small amount of Applewood Smoked Sea salt that you would not notice, unless of course we left it out then you miss it. This gives this ale a slight “boozy” finish which has you coming back for more. Named for the great Ashe County town of Warrensville, which has some awesome rolling hills that reminds us of the Scottish Highlands.
