Boston Style Hazy IPA built on 2-Row, Flaked Oats, White Wheat, C-15, and Acidulated malt base. Hopped with Columbus, Motueka, and Mosaic in the boil and dry-hopped with Motueka and Mosaic. Light orange with bright hits of blueberries, melon, and pine. Medium in body with a lingering tropical fruit finish. Named for native Bostonian Elizabeth Cabot Agassiz, an American educator, naturalist, and writer. Elizabeth was the co-founder and first president of Radcliffe College, transforming it from the "Harvard Annex" program for women's education into a full-fledged liberal arts college for women.
