Açaí Bowl Smoothie-Style Berliner. We recirculated our tart Berliner through successive rounds of vanilla granola over four days for a sweet-nutty-oaty base flavor. An early addition of 500 lbs of banana purée blends in a soft tropical note and amps the viscosity of this “smoothie-style” beer to literal smoothie texture. A combined 750lbs of strawberries, blueberries, açaí berries later, Banzai Break swells to life with a crest of coconut and a righteous 6% ABV.
